Manufacturing and Application
GEZER Endüstri has expertise in supply, manufacturing and application of thermoplastic products (PE, PP, PVDF, ECTFE, FEB, PFA). With high quality products of companies we represent, we provide solutions in cooperation with our clients in accordance with their budget and time limitations parallel to their requests.
We manufacture thermoplastic products in accordance with DVS requirements and with certified technicians. Our products have certificate for compliance with TS EN 12573-1 standard.
We provide consultancy services to our clients for material ion, overall design and dimensioning of tanks and equipment. Manufcaturing of tanks and equipment, piping and installation of components is done by our certified and expert teams.

- Tank Manufacturing
We manufacture tanks with quality thermoplastic materials sourced form Europe. As well as manufacturing tanks for storage of chemical and components for chemicals we do manufacturing for treatment and preparation sectors. Single and double wall tanks in circular and prsimatic shapes are manufactured with manholes, nozzles, limit switches, mixers, pumps etc.
- Gas Washing Systems (Scrubbers)
For protection of the environment pollutants and chemical liquids in gases has to be held. GEZER Endüstri is experienced in treatment of waste gases.
- Exhaust (Ventilation) Systems
For collection and conveying of aggresive and corrosive gases complete exhaust systems with necessary dampers, diffusers, silencers, even radial and axial fans are supplied/manufactured. Also works like improvement and extension of existing lines are undertaken.
- Pipe Lines
Design, material supply and applications for pressure and non-pressure pipe lines are made. Protection of workers and the environment is provided with transportation of chemicals in double wall pipes.
- Special Productions
Requried products are manufactured with CNC machines in thermoplastic materials in accordance with the technical drawings recevied from the clients.
- Surface Lining
Concrete and metal surfaces are lined with thermoplastic materials. Lining materials are supplied.
- Welding-Joining
"Thermoplastic materials are welded using hot gas (electrode), extrusion and butt welding techniques in accordance with DVS standards."
- Traning
One of the 3 training centers of German SKZ company outside Germany is located in our company. Every year in certain periods under a program, training courses are organised for “Plastic Welder Certification” by trainers coming from Germany.
